Roman enamelled disc brooch. Circa 2nd century AD. Copper-alloy, 3.09g. 20.60 mm. Decorated with a ten pointed star motif around a central circular panel. An exceptional example with most of the original enamel intact. Ref: Hattatt's Ancient Brooches, p.344. fig.1035.
